About Z Sulehri International
Z Sulehri International is a family-owned workwear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Founded in 1992, we've spent over three decades manufacturing work trousers, hi-vis clothing, flame retardant workwear and uniforms — and since 2003, exporting them internationally, including to businesses across Ohio.
We're not a distributor or a reseller. Every order is manufactured in our own factory, from fabric to finished garment, which means Ohio businesses buy direct from the people who actually make their workwear.

How We Work
Every order goes through the same stages, regardless of size: fabric sourcing and inspection, pattern and cutting, stitching and assembly, branding, quality checks, and packing for export. Nothing is outsourced to a third-party workshop partway through — it's the same factory and the same team from start to finish.
Quality is checked at each stage, not just at the end: incoming fabric is inspected before it's cut, measurements are checked against the approved sample during production, and finished garments are inspected again before packing. A web-based ERP keeps this process visible, so if you ask where your order stands, we have a real answer instead of a guess.
For private-label and custom development work, we can work under NDA and keep buyer designs, tech packs and product concepts confidential — a common requirement for distributors and brands building their own product line.

Muhammad Zulfiqar Nawaz founded Z Sulehri International in 1992, building it from a small Sialkot manufacturing operation into an export-focused workwear factory. As Founder & CEO, he leads the company's overall direction — from production standards to which international markets Z Sulehri takes on next. His focus has stayed consistent since day one: workwear should be built for the job it's actually going to do, not just manufactured to fill an order.

Rana Ahmed Zulfiqar serves as Director, overseeing day-to-day operations and buyer relationships. He works directly with buyers on order requirements, production timelines and private-label development, acting as the main point of contact for businesses building an ongoing supply relationship with the factory rather than a one-time order.
