Quality Control
Quality Control
Every order goes through the same quality checks, whether it’s 50 units or 5,000. Here’s what actually happens at each stage.
Our Quality Control Process
- 1. Incoming Fabric Inspection — Fabric is checked before it's cut, not after a garment is already assembled.
- 2. Pre-Production Approval — Before full production begins, a sample is checked and approved against the buyer's specification.
- 3. In-Line Checking — Garments are checked during production, not only at the final stage, so issues are caught early rather than discovered in a finished batch.
- 4. Measurement Verification — Finished garments are measured against the approved sample to confirm fit and sizing consistency across the order.
- 5. Final Inspection & Packing Check — Garments are inspected again before packing, and packing itself is checked against the buyer's requirements before dispatch.
Transparent Production
A web-based ERP system tracks materials, production stage and progress on every order. That means when you ask where your order stands, we’re checking a system, not guessing.
On Certifications
We only publish certifications we can verify with an exact scope and validity — we won’t put a generic “certified” badge on this page without something specific behind it. If a certification matters to your order, ask us directly and we’ll confirm what applies.

How does Z Sulehri check quality during production?
Fabric is inspected before cutting, garments are checked in-line during production, and finished garments are inspected and measured against the approved sample before packing.
Is a sample approved before full production starts?
Yes. Pre-production samples are checked and approved against the buyer’s specification before we move to full production.
Can I track the status of my order during production?
Yes. A web-based ERP system tracks materials and production stage on every order, so we can give you a real status update rather than an estimate.
