ANSI/ISEA 107 sets three performance classes for hi-vis garments. Class 1 suits low-traffic areas like warehouses; Class 2 is the common baseline for construction and roadside work; Class 3 covers high-speed traffic or low-visibility conditions requiring maximum coverage. Hi-vis garments are built on fluorescent yellow-green or orange-red background fabric with retroreflective tape placed according to ANSI/ISEA 107 layout requirements for each garment type. We use poly-cotton and ripstop base fabrics depending on the garment, with performance finishes available for weather resistance. Branding is placed to avoid interfering with required tape coverage.
